President Tinubu has initiated the Consumer Credit Scheme to enhance economic wellbeing for Nigerian workers, enabling them to access essential goods and services on credit.

Managed by the Nigerian Consumer Credit Corporation (CREDICORP), the scheme aims to boost local economies and job creation by expanding access to credit and improving credit systems.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has officially approved the initiation of the Consumer Credit Scheme, aimed at enhancing the economic wellbeing of workers throughout Nigeria.

The application process for CREDICORP has an easy step in filling out the form with the documentation required is simple, starting from Personal Information, Credit Needs, Primary Employment, Secondary Emplyment, and Face Capture which is an optional choce.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Applicants Must be Nigerian citizens by birth

2. Applicants must be 18 years or older

3. Applicants must have a valid National Identification Number (NIN) for identification.

4. Application must have a bank account

5. Applicants must meet the creditworthiness criteria

To apply for the CREDITCORP Consumer Credit Loan Scheme, individuals are to follow the steps below:

2 Click on Register Now and fill out your personal information.

3.Fill out your primary Employment is seen in the form.

4.The final step is Facial Verification. At this stage to will be required to capture your face, though it is not compulsory but it’s advisable.
