Seven days to the 2023 presidential election, the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi has assured that the birth of a new Nigeria is possible.

Seven days to the 2023 presidential election, the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi has assured that the birth of a new Nigeria is possible.

The former Anambra State Government in his statement on Saturday February 18 said he has come with his vice candidate, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed to   restore the hope of millions youths who are at the verge of giving up.

He called on Nigerians and Obidients who believe in the birth of a new Nigeria to keep their hope alive and participate at the election poll with the aim of ensuring that their labour and investment won’t be in vain.

He said: “Fellow Nigerians, we are down to Crunch Time – 7 Days to the Main Day. Our strength is in our diversity. We need to reset and reboot Nigeria in all ramifications –leadership and governance, security of life and properties, economic and political freedom.”

“We must celebrate our Shared Values and Responsibilities. In this march to freedom, I have not come out for myself! I have come out for the millions of youths that are losing hope in our beloved country! Datti and I, wish to deliver a new Nigeria that is Possible!”

“I have come out for the millions of women who are afraid of tomorrow and what it holds for them and their children! I have come out for the poor who are asking whether it’s a sin to be a Nigerian! For them, I have come! For them, Datti has come!”

“Our message has been consistent. Nigeria is not bereft of the required human capital necessary for good leadership. Nigeria is also not bereft of good governance ideas and plans.”

The 2023 presidential election will be held on Saturday February 25, 2023.

Obi, the presidential candidate  of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and the presidential candidate of ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) and the strongest contenders in 2023 presidential election.
