Davido responded on X (formerly Twitter), mocking Wizkid’s relevance in the music scene with a post stating, “Dem no know ur gbedu [music] again.”

This Online News Media gathered that the situation intensified as Wizkid dismissed the claims as coming from “delusional niggas,” prompting Davido to retaliate by calling Wizkid a “sick man” and expressing regret over previously attempting to revive Wizkid’s career.

Wizkid wrote “U know what..no point. delusional niggas pray for y’all”.

Davido replied, “That’s what I thought. Nothing to say! Exactly why I stopped wasting my clout and jeopardizing my millions of usd of endorsements on someone whose career was resurrected a few years ago just to die again. NEXT!!”.

Davido and Wizkid fight continues

Still on the Monday night, Davido dropped a series of cryptic tweets believed to be responses to the Ojuelegba crooner.

In one of the tweets, Davido said, “Dem no know your Gbedu”, believed to be aimed at Wizkid who said he would drop his much anticipated Morayo album in May.

Not stopping, the Aiye crooner tweeted, “When light comes, darkness vanishes. Let get active.

Davido also posted a video of his wife, Chioma Adeleke, with the caption, “They were trying to distract us, baby no mind dem”.

Wizkid meanwhile responded with first a dig, tweeting, “U and all ur crew plus ur pant washer songwriter go to sleep at night thinking you got anything on me in music 🤣😂 wish u all well ✌️”

He followed it up with another tweet, “U know what..no point. delusional niggas 😇 pray for y’all” which was quoted directly with a response, “WE NOT DELUSIONAL YOU’RE A SICK MAN” by Davido suggesting no love lost between both Afrobeat stars.

This online feud has sparked widespread debate and commentary among fans and fellow musicians, spotlighting the rivalry and causing a stir across social media platforms.
