VerseNews Nigeria reported that Atiku has faulted the presidential results announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the declaration of the All Progressive Cngress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as the President-Elect.

The former Nigeria’s vice president alongside the Labour Party (LP) flag bearer, Peter Obi argued that INEC violates its rules and regulations as stipulated in the Electoral Act 2023, and have gone to court to seek for a redress.
In preparation to the Election Petition Tribunal, Atiku has on Tuesday March 7, 2023 at his campaign headquarters in Abuja put together the services of renowned legal practitioners to represent him in the court.
