The Ukrainian-born entrepreneur passed away peacefully, according to a statement released by a company spokesperson, who noted that his family has requested privacy during this period.

Radvinsky, who resided in Pompano Beach, built a vast fortune through his ownership of the platform and other ventures, reportedly earning as much as $1.8 million daily at the peak of his business success.

His estimated net worth stood at $4.7 billion, largely tied to Fenix International Limited, the firm that holds a majority stake in OnlyFans.

Under his leadership, the subscription-based service experienced explosive growth, with users spending a record $7.2 billion in 2024 alone. Reports also indicate that Radvinsky paid himself $1.8 billion in dividends between 2021 and 2025.

Beyond business, he was known as a philanthropist and angel investor. Despite reportedly exploring a sale of the platform last year, challenges linked to its adult content model made it difficult to secure buyers.
