Bobrisky’s beard unexpectedly emerges during his time in EFCC custody, as he is denied access to shaving cream, sparking curiosity and attention surrounding his legal proceedings.

A source within the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has disclosed an unexpected development regarding Nigerian cross-dresser, Bobrisky, revealing that his beard has begun to grow while in custody.

VerseNews gathered that the source indicated that Bobrisky’s requests for access to shaving cream have been denied by officers, leading to the unanticipated emergence of facial hair.

However, specific details regarding the circumstances surrounding the denial and the appearance of Bobrisky’s beard remain undisclosed.

This Online News Platform recalls that Bobrisky’s arrest on April 3 and subsequent conviction by a Federal High Court in Lagos on April 5, 2024, have attracted considerable attention.

The charges against him, filed by the EFCC, include allegations of naira abuse and money laundering. While the EFCC prosecutor initially sought to dismiss counts five and six, Bobrisky ultimately pleaded guilty to the charges related to naira abuse.

In a plea for leniency, Bobrisky expressed ignorance of the laws concerning naira abuse and vowed to educate his social media followers on the matter.

However, his plea did not prevent his guilty verdict, prompting further attention to his legal proceedings and current custody status.
