A Magistrate Court sitting in the Yaba area of Lagos State has remanded Azeez Fashola, aka Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite, Balogun Eletu, aka Sam Larry, to police custody.
VerseNews reports that the magistrate court remanded the two celebrities and others on Wednesday, October 4, 2023.
The Lagos State Police Command requested that Fashola and the others be remanded for 30 days pending the completion of their investigation.
However, Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun ruled that Fashola and the others be remanded for just 21 days.
Naira Marley and Sam Larry are under investigation over the controversy surrounding the death of late singer Aloba Ilerioluwa otherwise known as Mohbad.
