Jarret Tenebe, the Edo state deputy chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC) has been reportedly arrested by the police.
VerseNews Nigeria reports that the Tenebe was arrested in his hometown, Ikabigbo town in the Etsako west Local Government Area (LGA) in less than 48 hours.

According to reports made available to this Online News Media, the APC chieftain was arrested on the order of the deputy governor of the State, Hon. Philip Shaibu.
As at the time of this report, the reason for the arrest has not been communicated.
