The Human Rights Activist, Senator Shehu Sani has said that the Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele through its Naira Redesign Policy which has turned the lives of Nigerians into soft copy.

VerseNews reports that the cashless policy has led to the expansion of various payment channels across the country as people no longer carry cash around.

Sani via Twitter narrated that Monday political rally was frustrating to supporters as they were not given money to show their support.

“We attended a political rally today; nobody gave cash and nobody was expecting cash. Everyone was moving about and looking at each other like Robots. Emefiele has turned our lives into soft copy,” Sani said.
