The move, announced by the Secretary to the Rivers State Government, Tammy Danagogo, involves Adangor’s transfer to the Ministry of Special Duties and Kamalu’s reassignment to the Ministry of Employment Generation and Economic Empowerment.

VerseNews gathered that in the reshuffle, the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Zacchaeus Adangor, has been redeployed to the Ministry of Special Duties (Governor’s Office), while the Commissioner for Finance, Isaac Kamalu, has been transferred to the Ministry of Employment Generation and Economic Empowerment.
The redeployments, effective immediately, were disclosed in a statement signed by the Secretary to the Rivers State Government, Tammy Danagogo, who instructed both officials to promptly hand over all official documents to their respective Permanent Secretaries.
Adangor and Kamalu, known loyalists of ex-governor Nyesom Wike, had previously resigned in December amidst political tensions but were reinstated as part of a peace initiative.
The reasons for their recent redeployment were not provided by the Rivers State Government.
