- A viral video has captured the emotional moment a female NYSC corper broke down after being posted to serve as a cemetery manager, sparking widespread reactions online.
A new clip is circulating online that shows the moment a female corper cries out after being posted to a location to manage a cemetery.
The visibly distressed corper in the viral clip revealed that she pleaded with officials to change her posting, but her request was rejected.
In her words; “I’m the first female corper to serve in a cemetery as a manager. I begged them to reject me but they refuse. Who am I supposed to manage in a cemetery?”
Her complaint quickly sparked a mix of amusement and sympathy, with many Nigerians questioning the unusual posting and wondering how such a role even exists under the NYSC.
The odd assignment has left many people both amused and confused, as several questioned why a cemetery would even need a “manager” under the NYSC scheme.
