The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have on Tusday Febraury 28 posponed the collation of election results in River State over an alleged threat to life of the State Collation officer, Charles Adias.
VerseNews Nigeria reports that Adias while addressing journalists on the cause of the postponement at the State Collation Centre in the State capital, Port Harcourt said he has been receiving life threats from unknown party members.

Also the Vice Chancellor of the Federal University, Otueke, he didn’t say exactly when the result collation will commence for the remaining Local Government Areas in the State.
