The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FANN) has announced eight weeks maintenance on a runway at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) in Ikeja, Lagos State.
The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has announced eight weeks maintenance on a runway at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) in Ikeja, Lagos State.
This Online News Media reports that the authority made this notice available for the geneal public in tweet on Monday March 13.
The notice stated that the railway will be closed for the period specified with an alternative way B-18L announced.

The tweet reads; “This is to notify the public that runway 18R/36L of the Murtala Muhammed Int’l Airport, Lagos has been closed for 8 weeks for Maintenance work to carried out. Taxi way B-18L will be used for all flight operations.”
