The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced that the suspended results collation of the Abia State governorship election will resume by 4:00 p.m. today, at the Collation Centre in Umuahia, the state capital.
VerseNews Nigeria reports that the INEC Head of Voter Education and Publicity, Mrs. Rebecca Jim while addressing journalists said on Tuesday said that the collation would resume on Wednesday.
Among those to be present at the Collation Centre are Presiding Officer and Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) Professor Nnenna Oti; and the State Administrative Secretary, Clement Oha.
