The Lagos State Governorship candidate of Labour Party (LP), Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour has promised to replace the Danfo buses in the state if elected in the governorship election on Saturday March 11.

VerseNews Nigeria reports that the 39-Year-Old architecture during an interview said about 70,000 Dabfo buses is needed in the state which will lead to the creation of wealth for many people as possible.

“We need to change all the danfos in Lagos state. we need about 70,000 danfos to replace them and the government doesn’t need to by all of them”

“We can create a platform that’s selling seats on each of these buss and you can have N50k and you’re investing that, and every moth the state pays you with that, we’ve raised a pool of money that’s been able to help us buy all these buses and also create wealth for as any people as possible,” he said

This Online Newspaper gathered that GRV is the major opponent to Babjide Sanwo-Olu of All Progressive Congress (APC) who is re-runing for a second term.
