- Reverend Ezekiel Dachomo, feared missing after reports of his disappearance spread, has resurfaced in a live video, confirming he is alive but facing serious threats to his life.
Widespread panic erupted on social media and within Christian communities after reports claimed that Reverend Ezekiel Dachomo had gone missing. The cleric, known for his strong stance against the killings of Christians in Nigeria, was reportedly unreachable, prompting fears for his safety among his family, friends, and followers.
Those close to him raised alarms when they could no longer contact him, fueling speculation that he might have been abducted or harmed. Reverend Dachomo has long been an outspoken critic of the attacks on Christian communities, describing them as religiously motivated violence and, in some instances, genocide.
His disappearance quickly became a matter of concern within the Christian community, with family members and church leaders calling on authorities to launch immediate efforts to locate him. “Nothing must happen to him,” one family member was quoted as saying, stressing the cleric’s vital role as a voice for the persecuted.

However, in a dramatic twist, Reverend Dachomo later appeared in a live broadcast on his official Facebook page to debunk reports of his disappearance.
In the video, the cleric said, “My life is in danger and under threat, but I am not missing. I want everyone to know that I am alive. The fight is not over, but I will not be silenced.”
