Born on December 19, 1970, in Lagos, Nigeria, he began his acting career at 21, gaining fame with his role as “Jeff” in the TV soap opera “Fortunes” at the age of 23.

Ramsey Nouah is biracial, born to an Israeli father and a Nigerian mother. His father, Ramsey Nouah Sr, hailed from Lebanon, while his mother, Margaret Afolabi, was Yoruba. Despite his mixed heritage, he spent most of his life in Surulere, Lagos.
