The body of the 36 soldiers killed in an air combat in Niger State were on Friday laid to rest in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital.

It would be recalled that troops of the Nigerian Army were ambushed by armed bandits in Niger State on August 14, 2023, killing 14 soldiers while seven were injured.
