Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has revealed why he pushed for the signing of Noni Madueke from Chelsea, describing the winger as “one of the most talented wide forwards in the Premier League.”
The Gunners confirmed the 23-year-old’s arrival on Friday in a deal that could rise to £52 million. Despite initial backlash from some Arsenal fans, Arteta remains confident in the club’s decision.
“Noni Madueke is one of the most talented wide forward players in the Premier League,” Arteta told the club’s official website.
