According to sources, Pick Peters died yesterday after a brief Illness. He was aged 74.
VerseNews reports that the musician’s death was confirmed by Prince Tayo Adeolokun, chairman, TASMAN Equipment, a top musical equipment hiring company in Nigeria.
Emperor Pick Peters’ name would ring a bell in the ears of juju music lovers of old. Way back in the ‘70s, Pick Peters made waves when he engaged in a rift with top juju musician, King Sunny Ade.
