An unknown market woman has been captured in a video clip speaking in tongue and praising God in a loud voice for the victory of Labour Party (LP) governorship candidate, Alex Oti as Abia State Governor-Elect.

VerseNews Nigeria reported the Otti was declared winner of the Abia State governorship election on Thursday by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Thursday evening.

There were doubt that the LP’s flag bearer will emerge winner after the election was suspended due to thug invasion at the Collation centre and the allegation that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) attempted to manipulate the result in favour of their candidate.

But the ‘mandate’ of the people was restored after the INEC Returning Officer, Prof Nnenna Nnannaya-Oti assured and declared Otti winner of the governorship poll.
