Mrs Rhodes-Vivour, the mother of Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, the Labour Party (LP) governorship candidate has laments on the electron frauds, intimidation, vote buying and illegal interventions of opposition parties at her polling unit in Lagos State.
In a video sighted by VerseNews Nigeria, Mrs Rhodes who introduced herself as the mother of the ‘in coming governor’ said people are buying votes openly even before the security agents at the polling unit.
While speaking to journalist, She alleged that some party agents or supporters after voting reveals to others yet to vote who they voted for and convinced them to vote for the same party.

This Online News Media reported that there have been several cases of attacks, vote buying, ballot box snatching particularly in Lagos in the governorship and states of assembly election held on Saturday March 19, 2023.
The State’s Commissioner of Police, Idowu Owohunwa confirmed the attacks and electoral violence.
He said proper security measures have been taken and suspects arrested.
