Young Female Doctor Dies In Elevator Crash At General Hospital, Lagos Island, 2 Weeks To Complete Her Housemanship |VIDEO|PHOTOS

A young female Doctor identified as Dr. Vwaere Diaso who recently graduated from Babcock University has died in an Elevator Crash from 10th Floor at General Hospital, Odan Lagos Island.

VerseNews Nigeria gathered that Dr. Diaso, who was set to complete her housemanship in just two weeks, was on her way to collect her meal from a dispatch ride when the unfortunate event occurred.

The tragic incident happened on Tuesday, August 1.

This Online News Media gathered that the Hospital Management had been informed of the poor condition of the elevator for more than one year, however due to Poor Management and Negligence nothing was done.

Sadly, The Elevator the young doctor was in, fell from 10th floor to the ground and Crashed into shambles.

Her colleagues and friends, shocked by the loss, revealed that Dr. Diaso had completed her medical degree at Babcock University.

She was rushed to the emergency ward after the accident, but despite the medical team’s efforts, she tragically passed away.

As the community mourns her untimely death, questions are being raised about the importance of maintaining hospital infrastructure to ensure the safety of staff and patients alike.
