VerseNews Nigeria reports that the passport released by a renowned Nigerian journalist, activist, and author, David Hundeyin, has riggers undoubting reactions and controversies from social media users.

Although the authenticity of the now-expired passport of the 71-year-old veteran Nigerian politician who won the country’s disputed presidential election on February 23, 2023 is yet to be confirmed, many Nigerians have been rife with speculation and criticism.

Many have taken to social media to express their disapproval, arguing that holding dual citizenship is a violation of the law for those seeking the presidency.

Tinubu, a former governor of Lagos State who campaigned for the presidential election on the slogan ‘Emi lo kan’ meaning ‘It is my turn’ was declared winner of the election at about 4:10am of May 1 2023.
