According to Sky Sports, Ronaldo’s recent brace against Hungary in the World Cup qualifiers lifted his tally to an astonishing 948 goals across club and international competitions — 805 at club level and 143 for Portugal.

The Portuguese superstar also became the all-time leading scorer in World Cup qualifying history, surpassing Carlos Ruiz (39 goals), while Lionel Messi sits third with 36.

Despite turning 40 in February, Ronaldo continues to produce elite numbers both domestically and internationally. Competing in the Saudi Pro League, he has scored 104 goals in 117 appearances over four seasons with Al Nassr.
