VerseNews reports that in a statement on Tuesday, Minister of Interior Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, through Permanent Secretary Dr. Aishetu Ndayako, congratulated Nigerians on the occasion.
The statement encouraged citizens to reflect on the contributions of the nation’s founding fathers and to strive for a united, secure, and peaceful Nigeria.
Tunji-Ojo also emphasized the importance of upholding democratic values and mentioned President Bola Tinubu’s commitment to economic reforms and improved security.
