Dunamis Pastor Confirm Dead As Church Collapses During Prayer Session
The collapse of the church building also affected nearby residential buildings and electricity infrastructure.
A Dunamis Church located in Mission Ward North Bank, Makurdi, Benue State, collapsed in the early hours of Tuesday, resulting in the death of a pastor.
According to reports, VerseNews gathered that four individuals, including the pastor, were inside the church building for prayers when the incident occurred.
Three individuals managed to escape the wreckage.
The collapse of the church building also affected nearby residential buildings and electricity infrastructure.
The cause of the incident is currently unclear, and the Benue State Police Command has not been officially informed.
Police operatives from the C Division, North Bank, are already at the scene, and emergency officials are on their way to assess the situation.
