I Know Many Nigerians Didn’t Vote For Me, And Are Disappointed I Won – Bola Tinubu

The Nigeria’s President-Elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu during his speech admitted that majority of Nigerians didn’t vote or support him in the just concluded presidential election.
VerseNews Nigeria earlier reported the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Mahmood Yakubu, announced that Tinubu had won 37 percent of the vote in Saturday’s election and, “having satisfied the requirements of the law, is hereby declared the winner and is returned elected”.
Reacting to his victory despite critics the 70-Year-Old former Lagos State Governor said he understands how it feels to be defeated.

“I know many didn’t vote for me and are disappointed that their candidate doesn’t stand where I stand now. I understand your hunt, anger and disappointment and I send the embrace and comfort of one family member to another,” he said
