Justice Njideka Nwosu-Iheme has sentenced Peter Nwachukwu, husband of late gospel singer Osinachi, to death by hanging for culpable homicide.
In relation to Osinachi's passing, the Federal Government had charged Nwachukwu on 23 counts.
