The Hyderabad Narcotics Enforcement Wing disclosed that he initially arrived in India in 2021 on a student visa but continued to stay illegally after it expired in 2024.

Authorities allege that Victor established contact with drug suppliers and delivered illegal substances to customers in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
The police said he was apprehended while moving through Banjara Hills — a popular upscale neighborhood in Hyderabad.
