The National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) has ordered Channel Television to pay the sum of N5 million for breaking the broadcasting law in a programme with the Labour Party (LP) Vice Presidential candidate, Dr Datti Baba-Ahmed.

VerseNews Nigeria reports that this was disclosed in a letter signed by the commissions Director-General, Balarabe Ilelah and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of the television station and dated March 27, 2023.
