Banki, while wishing them best of luck outside NYSC,commended their dedication, doggedness and immense contributions to the development of Kebbi State especially in the education and health sectors.
According to her, “also, I commended those of you who went the extra mile to distinguish yourselves in your host communities by carrying out community development service activities that improved the lives of those communities.
“You may not have won an award, but your names are printed in gold in the sands of time. We celebrate you,you are our ambassadors and we believe that you will not let us down”.
“As you take a bow out of the NYSC scheme,it does not mean it is an end to your service to the nation but rather, the opening of a new chapter of more positive contributions to our great nation, Nigeria “.
She urged them to shun all deviant behaviours, putting effective usage of the skills learnt during their service year into practice so that they could be employers of labour, rather than job’s seekers.
