Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton has been taken to a hospital in Miami after authorities responded to a concerning TikTok livestream that prompted multiple emergency calls from worried viewers.

According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to Hilton’s Florida home after receiving reports about his wellbeing during a livestream. Officials confirmed he was the only person inside the residence at the time.

Law enforcement said officers adopted crisis intervention and de-escalation measures before Hilton was safely transported by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue to a local hospital for medical evaluation and treatment.

Authorities stated that the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office Crisis Response Unit and licensed mental health professionals remained at the scene to provide support and resources to his family.

Hilton’s representatives, Dante Rusciolelli and Rebekah Kochan of Golden Artists Entertainment, confirmed they were aware of the incident but had not yet been able to make direct contact with him.

“Our primary concern is Perez’s health and well-being, as well as the well-being of his family. Until we have confirmed information, we will not speculate or comment further. We appreciate everyone’s concern and ask that his privacy be respected during this time,” they said.

No official update has been provided on Hilton’s condition.

The 48-year-old blogger, whose real name is Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr., rose to fame through his celebrity gossip website and has remained a prominent figure in entertainment media. He is also the father of three children.
