An individual claiming to be a staff member of Dangote Group has triggered widespread reactions online after allegedly revealing details of his salary structure and working conditions.

The claims surfaced on X through a post by user @UnkleAyo, also known as Salako, who said the information was sent anonymously via direct message, along with what appeared to be a payslip.

According to the post, the alleged employee’s total monthly earnings stand at about ₦146,351 when allowances and incentives are included.

The breakdown reportedly includes a ₦30,758 basic salary, ₦11,466 housing allowance, ₦5,460 food allowance, ₦5,460 utility allowance, ₦1,456 hazard allowance, ₦9,646 transport allowance, ₦15,925 inflation allowance, and ₦910 laundry allowance.

Beyond the salary structure, the message also made claims about working conditions. The alleged employee stated that contract staff do not receive leave benefits and are required to visit multiple outlets daily while being monitored through a tracking application.

The post further claimed that workers are expected to complete up to 75 outlet visits weekly as part of their duties.
