The federal government of Nigeria has taken swift action by relieving all directors of aviation agencies of their appointments less than 24 hours after sacking all heads of these agencies.

VerseNews reports that the Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Odutayo Oluseyi made the announcement, instructing the directors to hand over their responsibilities to the most senior individuals in their respective departments or directorates.

The present government explained that the move was in efforts to reposition the aviation industry, ensuring safety and efficiency in air travel in line with President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda.
