Job Description
Our client is looking to hire a Quality control Officer who is experienced in the plastic manufacturing.
He should have a sound knowledge of what to look out for in the products.
You should also be able to enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for product quality checking online during running of machine
- Checking the fitments of closures and other defects of product and take quickly action to inform production people to avoid rejection
- Maintain the quality as per customer demands and according to specification
- Ensuring adequate product separation, classification and packing and recording
- Records accurately daily quality report and rejection in quality Log book
- Reads and interprets job card according to the production Plan
- Quality control checks and maintain the quality of product as per QC standard
- Provide the Test certificate if customer is demanding according to QC standard
- Carried out all TYPE test if required
- Control the grinding material quality
- Ensure the incoming raw material quality and verify with test certificate.
Salary
N80,000 – N90,000 monthly.
