Actor Odunlade Visits Azeez Ijaduade In Hospital After Being Shot By Police Officer, Gives Update On Surgery (VIDEO)

Nollywood actor, Odunlade Adekola, has visited his colleague, Azeez Ijaduade, who was reportedly shot by a police officer.

VerseNews reports that Adekola on Sunday shared a video of himself and Ijaduade during his visit on his Instagram account with the caption, “Glory be to God Azeez is alive.”

Ijaduade was reportedly shot by by a policeman, in Iperu Remo, Ogun State on Saturday.

Ijaduade, his crew members, and other actors were said to be having a movie shoot at the same hotel when the shot hit the Nollywood actor’s neck.

The actor was rushed to the Babcock University Teaching Hospital and underwent a successful surgery.

However, the Commissioner of Police in Ogun State, Abiodun Alamutu has disclosed that the officer who fired the shot is already facing disciplinary actions, adding that the unnamed cop had fired a bullet into the air to disperse thugs who wanted to mob the personality he was attached to.
