A viral video featuring veteran Nigerian singer 2Baba and his ex-wife, Annie Macaulay (formerly Annie Idibia), has sparked widespread reactions online, with many fans speculating about a possible reconciliation.

The clip, which has generated significant attention across social media platforms, shows the former couple enjoying a night out together at a nightclub, where they were seen hugging, kissing and dancing to 2Baba’s songs.

The video has reignited discussions about their relationship months after their highly publicised divorce in January 2025.

2Baba, who shares two children with Annie, announced the end of their marriage on Instagram following years of public scrutiny surrounding their relationship.

However, many social media users believe the clip is not recent, pointing to the singer’s youthful appearance as evidence that it may have been recorded years ago.

The video has, however, generated mixed reactions online.
