Big Brother Naija Pepper Dem winner, Mercy Eke, was hospitalized just hours after celebrating on a yacht with friends.

Eke shared a video from her hospital bed, urging fans to cherish their lives and avoid negative emotions like anger and regrets.

She expressed surprise at her sudden hospitalization after being seen in high spirits the previous day, and contemplated the potential severity of her situation.

Eke expressed gratitude to God for his kindness and emphasized the importance of valuing good health.

“Don’t waste your time in anger, regrets, worries and grudges. LIFE IS TOO SHORT to be unhappy. Who would have thought that I would end up in a hospital barely 24 hours after I was seen outside?

I’m just having different thoughts of what could have been the worst case. God, I thank you for your loving kindness. LIFE IS FICKLE. Good health is underrated”.

Mercy Eke recently caused a stir by sharing her before-and-after transformation while participating in the Establish challenge.

She posted a photo of herself from before her fame and one from after, leaving many in amazement.

Earlier this year, Eke announced she would prioritize herself and make her own well-being her main focus in 2024.
