The Nigerian Prison Service clarified that Bobrisky’s male organ remains unchanged, following an examination at the Ikoyi Custodial Centre.

Claims of gender change were debunked, confirming Bobrisky’s male biological characteristics.

Upon being admitted to the Ikoyi Custodial Centre, Idris Okuneye, better known as the controversial crossdresser Bobrisky, was treated like an ordinary inmate.

A high-ranking official, speaking anonymously, stated that Bobrisky underwent a comprehensive examination, which confirmed no realignment of gender or genital organs.

The results indicated that Bobrisky retained his male biological characteristics.

The official emphasized, “Bobrisky was perceived as an ordinary detainee and underwent a thorough examination, which revealed no evidence of gender or genital organ realignment.”

Following the examination, a cell was assigned to him, and he now shares the space with other male inmates.

Bobrisky has been participating in all aspects of life in the facility, including attending classes, meals, and following the schedule for lights out.

The source noted, “He observes all these without preference. He has been going about his business just like other inmates since he was brought in here.”

Contrary to some claims that Bobrisky receives special treatment, the official made it clear that the facility does not offer him any privileges beyond what is standard for all inmates.

“He is not getting any five-star treatment and is not being protected from anybody,” the official stated. The custodial center prioritizes the prevention of any form of abuse and upholds strict rules against homosexuality, which is prohibited in the male prison.

Overall, Bobrisky’s experience in the facility is in line with the treatment received by other inmates, following all established rules and procedures.
