- Real estate mogul King Ochacho says the ₦400 million mansion he gifted TikTok star Peller and his wife, Jarvis, is “small money,” revealing that an even bigger gift is already being planned while also announcing a school fees support initiative for students.

Real estate entrepreneur, King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has described the ₦400 million mansion he gifted TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou, alias Jarvis, as “small money.”
Ochacho made the remarks during a TikTok livestream on Monday, two days after the couple’s wedding ceremony in Lagos.
According to the real estate mogul, the value of the luxury property is insignificant to him and his family.
“₦400 million is no money. ₦400 million is just ₦400 as far as Ice King, Money Man, Ochacho Real Estate is concerned. It’s small money to them,” he said.
Explaining the reason behind the generous gift, Ochacho praised Peller’s character, describing him as someone with a kind and generous heart.
He said acts of giving always attract greater blessings and revealed that the mansion would be the smallest gift he would ever present to the social media star.
“Peller has a very good heart. Whenever we give, God replenishes it and restores double what we have because we give.
“But Peller, let me tell you the truth. That house is going to be the smallest gift ever I’m going to give to Peller. The next one I’ll give to Peller, they will off light in this country. They shouldn’t worry.
“That house is going to be the smallest gift I’ll give to him,” he added.
During the livestream, Ochacho also announced a scholarship initiative to mark the upcoming birthday of his son, Ice King.
He disclosed that selected students across Nigeria with verified school fee obligations would have their tuition paid directly to their schools.
“Ice King is going to be 13 in a few days’ time. If you have not paid your school fees and you have a genuine school account, Ice King is going to help you on Thursday on his birthday.
“You can give us the direct account to the school, and they are going to help you pay your school fees. We are going to select a certain number of people across the country that we are going to pay their school fees on Thursday,” he said.
Ochacho added that his team was fully prepared to carry out the initiative, saying they were “hungry to deliver.”
The ₦400 million mansion was officially presented to Peller and Jarvis during their wedding ceremony, where Ochacho announced that the property, located in Abuja, was a gift from him and his children.
The surprise announcement drew loud applause from guests and quickly went viral across social media platforms.
The celebrity wedding attracted several notable personalities, including actresses Iyabo Ojo, Eniola Badmus and Papaya Ex, content creators Cute Abiola, Nons Miraj and Purple Speedy, singer Zinoleesky, socialite Soso Soberekon and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.
The mansion gift fulfilled a promise Ochacho had earlier made to Peller during Soso Soberekon’s wedding, where he pledged to support the TikTok star on his wedding day.
