The U.S. Department of War on Thursday released video footage showing military strikes against Islamic State (ISIS) militants in northeast Nigeria, showcasing the recent operations carried out by American forces.
The footage, shared alongside a message of “Merry Christmas to all,” highlights a missile being fired from a military aircraft as part of precision attacks on ISIS positions.
The release comes after U.S. President Donald Trump announced what he described as “powerful and deadly strike” actions against ISIS terrorists, whom he called “terrorist scum” responsible for violence in the region.
