Lagos: Buhari Campaigns For Tinubu, Assures Victory (Photos)

The grand final of the presidential campaign rally of the ruling All Regressive Party (APC) took place yesterday Tuesday Fedruary 21 at the Telsin Balogun Stadium, Lagos State.

The grand final of the presidential campaign rally of the ruling All Regressive Party (APC) took place yesterday Tuesday February 21 at the Telsin Balogun Stadium, Lagos State.

VerseNews reports that the party’s presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu was recieved by Lagos crowd as his convoy entered the rally venue.

Present in the rally were president Buhari Muhammad Buhari, Vice presidential candidate, Kashim Shettima, Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the party’s chairman, Abdullahi Adamu.

This Online Newspaper had earlier reported that Buhari said Tinubu is a true leader and had urged Nigerians to vote him in the coming presidential election. Details here.

Addressing the crowed, Tinubu promised that their efforts and support won’t be in vain. He promised to work heard for Nigerians in a renewed hope.

 He said; “As you worked hard for me, I will work hard for Nigeria. All the plans set out in our Action Plan for Renewed Hope for Nigerians will be pursued rigorously.”

Buhari expresses his confident in a congratulatory tune the party will again win the Saturday election. He encourages Lagosian to come out massively and vote for APC.

At the end of the rally, The former Lagos state governor thank Buhari for his presence and support.

“Thank you Mr. President, you gave me the courage, the confidence and the will to pick right,” he said.
