Portable warns Dammy Krane over song use in Davido dispute.

Nigerian singer Portable, also known as Habeeb Okikiola, has issued a stern warning to his colleague Dammy Krane regarding the use of their collaborative song in videos aimed at insulting Davido.

VerseNews gathered that Dammy Krane recently garnered attention for levelling accusations against Davido, implicating him in various misdeeds, including the death of his associate Tagbo in 2017.

In a video where Dammy Krane made these allegations, their joint track “Number 1” played in the background, prompting Portable’s response.

Expressing his dismay, Portable emphasized that their song was never meant for such purposes and questioned Dammy Krane’s decision to use it while disparaging Davido.

Portable also highlighted Davido’s past support and assistance to him, describing the artist as his “helper.”

Furthermore, Portable disclosed that Dammy Krane had failed to compensate him for his contribution to the song.

Allegedly, Dammy Krane pledged payment once Davido settled a debt, hinting at financial difficulties on Dammy Krane’s part at the time.
