The situation escalated when DJ Switch insisted that the accused make a public apology, but the man declined.

The police chose to bring the case to court due to the deadlock between the parties. As officers prepared to transport the accused to court, DJ Switch allegedly blocked the police station’s entrance with her vehicle and assaulted female officers involved in the case.
