EPL: Brentford, Brighton, Liverpool Win Big In Saturday’s EPL Fixtures

Liverpool came from a one goal down to snatch home three points from Bournemouth at Anfield in Saturday’s English Premier League (EPL) fixtures.

Liverpool equalised 24 minutes courtesy, Lius Diaz’s scissors kick after Semenyo’s early goal opener in the third minute.

Liverpool were fortunate with a penalty in the 36th minutes after Dominik Szoboszlai was brought down in the box.

Mohammed Salah who answered the call missed the kick but was lucky to smash in the ball a rebound making it 2-1.

Liverpool sealed their victory in the 62nd minute after Diogo Jota’s left footed shot from a very close range to the bottom left corner to make it 3-1.

Elsewhere, Brighton and Hove Albion dented Wolverhampton Wanderers 4-1.

Karum Mitoma opened the scoreline for Brighton 15 minutes after kick off.

Solly March got a brace for Brighton in the 51st and 55th minute but that was before Pervis Estupinan’s 46th minute second goal for Brighton.

Hwang Hee-Chan scored Wolves’ only goal in the 61st which made it 4-1.

Also, Brentford showed no mercy for Fulham City scoring three unreplied goals away.

Bryan Mbeumo got a brace for the Bees in the 66th and 92nd minute but that was before Yoane Wissa’s 44th minute opener.

Brighton are currently first on the log with six points as Brentford and Liverpool trail by four points each in second and third respectively.
