The United States has stated that Bola Tinubu’s criminal and immigration records will not be released to the public until 2026 due to ‘unusual circumstances.

The State Department, FBI, and other agencies have denied the request, claiming that the information is not in the public interest.

However, Greenspan argues that the documents are crucial to understanding Mr. Tinubu’s background and actions.

A civil lawsuit has been filed to challenge the agencies’ decision and demand the release of the records.
