Nollywood Actress and the deputy governor of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Funke Akindele has deleted all post relating to politics from her Instagram page.
VerseNews Nigeria earlier reported that Funke lost her polling unit 019 at Ita Aro square, Ijimu ward in Ikorodu, Lagos State to the incumbent governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu of All Progrssives Party (APC).

After the collation of results in the state, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared Sanwo-Olu the winner of the governorship election.
Reacting to the lost, the actress-turned-politician deleted all political and campaign posts of herself and, Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran, better known as Jandor.
Her fans have taken to the social media to express their concern on her political defeat.
