- Paris FC have appointed English coach Liam Rosenior as their new head coach on a three-year deal, just months after his departure from Chelsea.

Paris FC have confirmed the appointment of English manager Liam Rosenior as their new head coach, with the 41-year-old signing a contract that will keep him at the Ligue 1 club until June 2028.
The French side announced on Tuesday that Rosenior will officially begin work on July 9 when the squad returns for pre-season training.
Rosenior replaces Antoine Kombouare, who took charge of the club in February and successfully guided Paris FC away from relegation danger. Under Kombouare, the club finished 11th in Ligue 1, recording impressive victories over Monaco and reigning champions Paris Saint-Germain before both parties agreed to part ways at the end of the season.
The appointment marks Rosenior’s third managerial role in less than a year. He was dismissed by Chelsea in April after spending fewer than four months in charge, having previously impressed at Strasbourg, where his attacking style of football helped the club secure a top-half finish in Ligue 1.
In announcing the appointment, Paris FC described Rosenior as one of football’s brightest young coaches.
“At 41, Liam Rosenior already has a wealth of experience at the highest level. He has quickly established himself as one of the most promising coaches of his generation,” the club said in a statement.
Antoine Arnault, representing the Arnault family, owners of Paris FC through the LVMH luxury group, welcomed the appointment and praised Rosenior’s coaching philosophy.
“My family and I are delighted to welcome Liam to our club and to see him return to our league here in France. I have always been impressed by his philosophy of play and by what he has built with his teams, which often consist of young players,” Arnault said.
Rosenior will now be tasked with leading Paris FC into a new chapter as the ambitious club looks to establish itself among Ligue 1’s top sides.
