    • Or another closely related engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Be unemployed and not currently engaged in government service or full-time employment.
  • Provide evidence of NYSC completion, exemption, or exclusion.
  • Reside in, or be willing to work within, any Local Government Area where the Ministry is executing projects.
  • Possess basic computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of engineering software is considered an added advantage but is not compulsory.
  • Be willing to participate fully in all field training, mentorship sessions, and practical assignments.

Eligibility Requirements for Skilled Artisans

Applicants applying under the Technical Category must:

  • Be Nigerian citizens.
  • Be between 18 and 45 years old.
  • Possess recognised vocational qualifications, Trade Test certificates, or verifiable practical experience in a relevant technical field.
  • Be unemployed at the time of application.
  • Be physically fit to participate in construction-related field work.
  • Be willing to undergo additional technical training, safety certification, and supervised project attachment.
